“This is so incredible. We have a phenomenal success story!” My organization head told me as the citation for my award was being read out. Amongst thousands of programs and projects that were being delivered, mine was chosen and was being recognised for delivery excellence. A rare honour! Soon after, I received an invite from the senior management to speak on the project success and to design a process to replicate it. In my slide deck, I got stuck when I had to define “success”. The more I thought about “success”, the more complicated it became.

After struggling for hours, I decided to pray about it. And the Holy Spirit replied. And that reply of the Holy Spirit brings me to the promise verse for the month of Oct 2022. 

Yes, this is success! Only the victory won on the cross by Lord Jesus can be defined as success. It is the absolute and a one that can neither be surpassed nor ever be equalled. The powerful work done on the cross for the remission of the sins of the world can never be repeated, can never be matched and can never be discredited. It was executed in a perfect way as was defined in the law of Moses. It is completed and finished with no errors. It is the only true success story!

The month of October 2022, is a month of victory. Get ready to taste victory in the most troubled spots. Holy Spirit will bring deliverance, a marvellous victory. And it is not because of what we have done but because of the cross of Lord Jesus. At the cross, all our failures are turned into successes. So, in this new month, make a deliberate effort to turn spotlight on to the cross of Jesus.

Blood is Jesus is my victory. Yes, that Holy Blood is my victory
Crown of Jesus is my victory. Yes, that crown of thorns is my victory
Jesus of Nazareth is my ✌️
