“My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. John 10:29. This is an extremely powerful statement which Lord Jesus made. He not only called Himself the “Good Shepherd” but also went ahead to say something stunning and sensational by mentioning His Heavenly Father’s perspective on the topic. John 10:29 is a faith-building statement.”

It assures us that:

• 1) We are hand picked by Heavenly Father: We are chosen even before we did any works. Ephesians 2:10 reads “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
• 2) Heavenly Father is greater than all: This assures us about the supremacy of Jehovah El Shaddai. He knows you personally. Remember, the day you got saved and the events that happened around that time. It will astound you! And He is the One who has handed us to Lord Jesus and commanded Lord Jesus to lose none of us. So, Holy Spirit is always working for us to ensure that we remain in Jesus.
• 3) No one can snatch us out of His hands: For each of our souls a blood price is paid on the Cross by Jehovah’s own precious Son, set apart for this purpose. This is no ordinary matter. No other spirit being has a solution for sin. Only the Holy Blood of Jesus Christ!
• 4) Lord Jesus and Heavenly Father are One: Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus and Holy Spirit all work to keep us in Christ Jesus. what an all powerful force world for us!
• 5) We are not alone in our struggles and afflictions: Don’t get deceived by the serpent spirit. His power is nothing in front of the all powerful energy of Almighty, the Holy Spirit that works on our behalf.

May this short blog encourage you and lift up your faith. Say aloud- I know my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. No affliction, trial or satanic attack can snatch me out of His hands. Greater is the Holy Spirit that is in me, than the serpent spirit that is in the world! Amen
